While looking at Google Earth the other day in an attempt to get some idea of what surrounds my compound, I found what looks like a car bomb or improvised explosive devices(IED) that exploded on a major road heading west out of Baghdad.

There have been some rather large scale attacks by the Sunnis who have declared war on the US backed gov't. I wonder if that was the attack that killed all those Iraqi police officers.
Just a thought...I was thinking of slo-mo and his play on words from the begining of your blog and i realized the resemblence of the names Iraqi and Iroquois. I wonder now about the history of the Iroquois Indians?
